I have worked with Apollo on 3 projects, as the Contract Administrator. The 2 completed projects are homes, including insulation upgrades and extensions, have been finished to a high standard, within budget and programme. As with all building projects, there have been issues and unknowns on site, which have been dealt with quickly and efficiently by Apollo and these have been communicated with me as soon as they have happened. Apollo are currently working on a listed Mill for my company, which entails restoring a very old timber frame, replacing the roof and existing windows, along with associated road closures and scaffold licenses.

With our extensive experience, we always provide a project timeline before starting any project on site. We have a strong track record of meeting these deadlines, thanks to excellent communication between a dedicated project manager and you. We ensure you are informed of any decisions needed to keep the project on track.

We strive to consider every detail when providing a quotation, regardless of the project stage. The more information we have at the start, the easier it is to offer a fixed cost, making it simpler to stick to the budget until completion.
How long have you been in the business?
We have over 25 years of experience in the industry, working across various sectors in construction.
What happens once we have been appointed?
Initially, we will have a pre-start meeting to agree on the final design, build program, project practicalities, and costs. Once on site, we aim to meet with you at least every two weeks to review progress. We address any site issues that may arise and create an application for payment based on completed work, ensuring your satisfaction with the project.

We strive to anticipate, highlight, and communicate any potential obstacles to the overall project as quickly as possible. We then explore potential solutions and ways to stay on schedule.
Can you work with my architect/designer, or do you provide design services?

Not exclusively. While we are certified Passivhaus builders, we also meet standards from ProPassiv and EnerPHit, and we are committed to building highly energy-efficient homes. Sustainability is our passion, and we strive to incorporate it into both domestic and commercial projects, whether through building practices or material choices.
